Summer. That long, golden stretch of the year when anything feels possible — if you choose the right destination.
Mongolia under vast open skies. Okinawa's wild southern islands. Arctic Norway in the golden light of the midnight sun. A quiet corner of the Cyclades in September, when the crowds have gone and the sea is still warm.
If you know us, you know we love a destination that makes people say "wait, where?!" Summer is no different. Pack your bags, this is going to be a good one.

we do summer differently
Peak season, peak crowds, peak prices. It's not really our thing. We'd rather take you somewhere that still feels like a discovery. Somewhere the light is better, the locals are pleased to see you, and your presence actually does some good.
That means the hidden corner of the Cyclades in September, when the crowds have thinned and the light is golden. The quieter, wilder pockets of Arctic Norway that most visitors never reach. The remote tropical islands of the Yaeyamas, where Japan fizzles out into the Pacific. The places within places, at exactly the right time of year.

Where we go
Arctic norway
There's nowhere quite like Arctic Norway in midsummer.
Steep mountains diving straight into glittering fjords. Remote islands accessible only by boat. White beaches and impossibly-blue water that could pass for the Mediterranean, until you brave a dip. And then there's the midnight sun — a surreal fusion of sunset and sunrise that bathes the world in a golden, dreamlike glow.
Hiking, wild swimming, e-biking along dramatic coastline, sauna and cold water to recover. Dynamic yoga to match the energy of the place, slower evening practices to bring it all back down. This is what summer in Norway feels like.

greece
A quieter corner of the Cyclades. The kind of place people come looking for when they imagine Greece, and rarely find. Stone villas in a secluded valley, a shaded path to a remarkably quiet beach, and a week shaped by yoga, sea swims, long lunches and unhurried evenings.
September is the sweet spot. The crowds have thinned, the sea is still warm, and the light is doing something very special indeed. Simple, beautiful and easy to settle into. Everything taken care of, so you don't have to think about anything except where to swim next.
sumba
Sumba doesn't feel like anywhere else. Wilder than Bali, quieter than anywhere you've probably been, and considerably further from the tourist trail. Ancient traditions, white sand beaches, the Indian Ocean rolling in uncrowded and unhurried.
Days here are beautifully unrushed. Yoga, long sea swims, surfing, horse riding, village visits. Or simply nothing at all, which is also very much allowed.
The kind of place that feels a world away, because it is. Worth every moment of the journey.

okinawa
Japan's far south is a world away from the Japan most people know. Ishigaki Island in Okinawa — coral reefs, jungle-covered hills, traditional fishing villages and some of the clearest night skies anywhere on earth. Wild, unhurried and genuinely unlike anywhere else.
We come here because it gets under your skin in a way that's hard to explain. Exceptional yoga, carefully chosen experiences, and everything looked after, so you can just be in it.
For the curious. For the adventurous. For those who want to go deeper.
