With almost 20 years experience in top chef roles around the world, Richie comes with a wealth of experience.

He trained at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen and then worked his way up to head chef roles in highly regarded restaurants in Chelsea and Hoxton.

Richie spent more than five years in East Africa working on 2 exclusive private island projects before opening his own restaurant in South Africa.

Now back in UK and in high demand, we are delighted to have Richie as a guest chef in Tuscany and Iceland.
