Luxury Wellness & Yoga Retreats in Extraordinary Places
For over 20 years, we’ve designed small group yoga and wellness retreats in extraordinary places around the world.
We don’t do 'resort' wellness. We create immersive experiences in landscapes chosen for their power to shift perspective and support genuine restoration. For US travelers seeking something more meaningful than a traditional wellness vacation, we offer a different kind of luxury: wild settings, carefully crafted experiences, and space for truly transformative rest.
Our Retreats
If you’re joining us from the US, these are a few retreats that often feel like a natural fit — big landscapes, small groups, and well-supported international travel. Take a look below, or explore our full retreat calendar.

Why Guests Choose Reclaim Yourself
Crossing the Atlantic for a retreat is a big decision. It should feel exciting — not daunting. Many of our US guests tell us they were unsure about the long-haul flight at first. What they often mention afterwards is how straightforward and supported the experience felt from start to finish.
We provide clear pre-departure guidance, thoughtful arrival timing, and gently paced first days designed with time zones in mind. You’re never left figuring things out alone.

Our Reviews
Iconic destinations:
We choose destinations that feel expansive and elemental — places with fewer crowds, where the landscape does much of the work and awe comes easily.
Whether or not you call it a “cool-cation,” we’ve long believed restoration comes more easily in places that feel a little wilder and a little less obvious. Many of our retreats sit in what we think of as remote luxury — extraordinary, iconic landscapes paired with thoughtful, understated comfort. Sometimes that means a beautifully designed boutique lodge; sometimes it’s something simpler and closer to nature – like a traditional house in the wilds of Japan, or a nomadic yurt-camp in Mongolia. In every case, the experience is designed to reconnect you with a sense of scale, perspective, and quiet wonder.
The destinations below offer just a glimpse of the kinds of settings we seek out:
The Galápagos
Yoga in the Galapagos isn’t something you’ll find on most retreat calendars. Volcanic islands rise from the ocean, and wildlife moves through the landscape on its own terms.
The scale of the terrain and the enduring presence of rare species create a natural sense of awe. Practicing yoga here is less about perfecting poses and more about feeling present in a place that feels vividly alive.
Norway
In Norway, the landscape feels both dramatic and deeply calming. Glacial fjords carve through land, mountains rise from the sea, and the air carries a bright clarity.
Long before “cool-cations” became a trend, we were drawn to the restorative power of cooler climates. Between hikes, cold swims, and sauna evenings, yoga becomes part of Nordic outdoor life.
Patagonia
You feel it straight away in Patagonia — the space, the sky, the wind. Nothing feels contained. It’s raw and wide and a little unpredictable.
Weather shifts. Light changes. The landscape doesn’t hold still for you — and that’s the point. Our yoga retreats in Patagonia aren't about finding control. They're about steadiness within something living and changeable. A reminder that you’re part of something way bigger than yourself – and that's a powerful feeling.

An integrated approach
Our retreats aren’t built around checking off poses. They’re shaped around how the body and nervous system recover — after time zones, deadlines, and the steady hum of always-on living.
Stress doesn’t just sit in the mind — it settles in the body. That’s why our teachers work with somatic movement and nervous system regulation practices that help you properly downshift. Time outdoors isn’t just a backdrop. It supports circadian alignment naturally — through light, air, movement, and space.
We didn’t invent this idea. Japan has long embraced forest immersion. Nordic cultures live outside as a matter of course. Humans have always found steadiness in wild places.
Wellness, for many people now, isn’t about pampering. It’s about staying well — and returning home clearer, calmer, and more resourced for whatever waits there.
Designed with U.S. Travel in Mind
Many of our retreats are well connected from the US, and onward travel is usually simpler than people expect. Before you leave, we share clear guidance so you know exactly where you’re going and what to expect. Once you arrive, transfers are organized and your retreat leader is there to welcome you and hold the week from start to finish.
Jet lag is real. And many guests choose to arrive a day early to adjust, and we’re always happy to advise on what tends to work well. When the retreat begins, it begins gently — time to unpack, step outside, sleep, and settle in.
Extending your journey
If you’re crossing an ocean to join us, it makes sense to take your time. While we don’t formally curate pre- or post-retreat itineraries, we’re always happy to share thoughtful suggestions — places to stay, landscapes worth lingering in, or nearby towns that deserve a little exploration.
The power of small groups
Our retreat groups are intentionally small. You’re not one of hundreds moving through a schedule. The same teacher is with you throughout, and your retreat leader is there from start to finish.
Shared moments in nature tend to bring people together quickly — whether it’s hiking through wild landscapes, spotting wildlife, or simply standing somewhere beautiful together. By the end of the week, those shared experiences often turn into the kind of deep social connection that’s hard to find in larger, more impersonal retreats.
