Salty skin. Bare feet. That feeling of being somewhere that feels like your own secret.
The best beaches aren't the ones on everyone's list. And we think we've found a few that aren't. Hidden coves in the Cyclades. A remote peninsula in Bahia. A small Caribbean island where the rest of the world feels very far away. Exceptional yoga woven through, every detail taken care of, and the sea always close by.
Not your typical beach holiday. Not even close.

Beautiful places. Intentional days.
This isn't a beach holiday with yoga bolted on. It's a retreat that happens to be by the sea, and there's a difference.
The yoga is the thread that holds the week together. Energising morning flows to open the day up, slower evening practices to ease you to sleep. With carefully chosen experiences folded in that make the whole thing feel restful and genuinely well spent.
Days have a shape to them, but not a rigid one. Our retreat leaders are there throughout, taking care of everything, so you can fully arrive and actually switch off. We can't promise the sun. But we can promise the rest of it.

a different kind of luxury
Luxury used to mean thread counts and room service. We think it means something else entirely. Time that actually feels like yours. A week where someone else has thought of everything, so you don't have to. No inbox, no decisions, no performing a version of yourself for anyone.
That's what these retreats are, really. Small groups. Exceptional places. Every detail taken care of. The kind of space that's genuinely hard to find, and harder to create for yourself.
It just happens to come with very good yoga and the sound of the sea.

Where we go
Not all beach retreats are the same, and ours are deliberately varied. Some are slow and restorative, others have a bit more adventure mixed in. Have a look and see which one calls to you.
greece
A hidden corner of the Cyclades — the kind of place people come looking for when they imagine Greece, and rarely find. Stone cottages in a lush valley, a shaded path to the riverbank, and at the end of it, a crescent of golden sand that feels like it belongs only to you.
Morning yoga beneath the trees, long slow afternoons at the beach, restorative evenings as the heat softens, dinner together as the stars come out. A waterfall and natural dipping pool a short walk inland. A fire on the beach for the final night. Quiet, beautiful, easy to settle into. Abba not included.

sumba island
Indonesia's "forgotten island." And long may it stay that way. Sumba brings together yoga, island adventure and wide open nature in a way that feels completely its own. White sand beaches stretching for miles, warm ocean, ancient traditions still woven into daily life. Gentle yoga, long swims, horse riding along the beach, hidden corners to explore — and for those who fancy it, some of Indonesia's best surf rolling in just outside.
We stay in beautiful minimalist villas set within a vast coastal reserve — handcrafted, locally made, and designed to let the landscape take centre stage. Remote, unhurried, and completely worth the journey.
brazil
Bahia takes a little effort to reach — but that's kind of the point. Brazil's Maraú Peninsula is remote, a little offbeat, and full of character. Marmosets swinging through the treetops, long empty beaches, and life moving at a pace that takes a day or two to catch up with.
Once you're there, it's all about going slow. Twice-daily yoga on a sheltered deck close to the ocean. Time between to swim, cycle along the shoreline at low tide, or do very little at all. A boat trip through Camamu Bay midweek. A live Capoeira performance on the final evening. Wild, slow, and a little bit magic.

colombia
Warm sea, cobbled streets, and music that follows you everywhere. Yep, Colombia delivers. We spend most of our time on Isla Tierra Bomba, a small Caribbean island where the pace is blissfully slow and the sea is always warm. It's an intimate retreat – just 12 guests, exclusive use of a beautiful boutique venue run by a fellow B Corp. Morning yoga, then the island is yours. Snorkelling, boat trips, optional horse riding along deserted beaches. Or nothing much at all.
Then two nights in Cartagena: cobbled streets, rooftop dinners, and a city that really knows how to enjoy itself. Two very different things, and somehow both feel exactly right.
