Slow days. Gentle yoga. Time that isn’t rushed.
When life feels full on, sometimes what you really need is space to pause. To be looked after. To let things soften. Spa treatments, sea swims, long lunches, deep sleep in a proper bed — the kind of space where you don’t have to think too much, plan anything, or be anywhere else.
Our restorative retreats aren’t your typical switch-off-and-stay-put kind. They take place in extraordinary locations, with exceptional venues and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. So you can fully relax, and come back to yourself.

Less doing. More feeling like yourself again
Sometimes life just feels a bit full. Too much noise, too many decisions, too little space to breathe. You might not even realise how much you've been holding until you finally stop for a moment.
Our restorative retreats aren't about doing nothing. They're about giving yourself the right conditions to properly let go. Everything taken care of, nothing to plan, nowhere to be. Just you, slowing down, somewhere that feels a long way from ordinary life.

Restorative Retreats in Extraordinary Places
From remote islands to fjord-side stillness, these are destinations chosen for how they make you feel. Slower. Softer. Inspired. More like yourself again.
SUMBA island
Sumba takes a little effort to reach. But that distance is part of what makes it feel so far from everything else. Wide, empty beaches. Warm ocean swims. A slow rhythm to each day. A remote Indonesian island where ancient traditions still shape daily life and much of the landscape still feels completely wild.
The days here are yours to shape. Gentle yoga, long leisurely meals, and plenty of space to just be. Swim in the sea, surf uncrowded waves, ride horses along the beach, visit sacred sites, or explore hidden corners of the island. Or simply do nothing at all. A dedicated retreat leader and every detail taken care of, so all you have to do is arrive.

west norway
West Norway is one of our flagship retreats; a place we come back to again and again, and honestly one of our favourites. You're on one of Norway's most scenic routes, and the views are something else entirely.
But it's not just the setting. The venue is exceptional, and the team here are a massive part of why we love it — everything done with care, but never overdone. The food is beautiful. The award-winning rooms are the kind you want to linger in.
Gentle yoga, flowing rivers, autumnal hikes, with plenty of space in between to slow down and take it all in. And the riverside bathhouse, well, you'll see what we mean.
Colombia
Colombia isn't the obvious choice for a restorative retreat. Which is exactly why we chose it. Split between the Caribbean island of Tierra Bomba and the vivid, sun-soaked streets of Cartagena, this one has a character all of its own.
On the island, time slows right down — based at an exclusive private beach club where the only decision you need to make is whether to snorkel the nearby reef, scuba dive, ride horses along deserted beaches, head out by boat for island hopping, or simply lie in the sun and let the Caribbean do its thing.
Then Cartagena: colour, warmth, music at the edges of things. Two places, one retreat, and somehow exactly what you needed.

Greece
Greece is popular for a reason, but this isn’t that version of it. We’ve chosen a quieter corner of the Cyclades, where things feel slower, less crowded, and closer to the Greece people come looking for.
We stay in a small cluster of stone cottages set in a green valley that opens out to a hidden beach — a stretch of sand and clear water you reach on foot, away from everything else.
Days are gently held. Yoga in the shade of the trees, swims in the sea, time by the pool or on your terrace. Lunch outdoors, long afternoons that stretch out, and evenings that gather around the table as the sun drops and the air cools.
