I didn’t set out to build a retreat company.
I spent 10 years working in international development, a career that took me to India and Tanzania. It was meaningful work, but over time the pace and pressure led to burnout.
Stepping away from that world led me to something different. I wanted to build something of my own. To create my own path.
Inspired by my experiences in Tanzania, I saw the potential to bring together wellness, travel, and a more responsible way of exploring the world. I started slowly, following my instincts and learning my craft.
What began as a small number of retreats has grown into something much bigger. It hasn’t been a quick or easy path. It’s been built over many years of travelling, learning, leading retreats, and, for a long time, doing almost everything myself.
Today, I design our retreats and lead the team that delivers them, creating small group experiences in extraordinary, less-travelled places around the world. Each retreat is built with care, from the teachers we work with to the partners on the ground, many of whom are locally or family-owned. I’m values-driven, ambitious, and committed to delivering a consistently high-quality experience.
My approach combines over 20 years of international experience with a deep understanding of what people are really seeking when they step away from their everyday lives.
Over time, I’ve built a small but strong business, known for our pioneering approach and premium retreats. We’re often featured in the press, attract exceptional teachers, and have a loyal community of guests who return year after year. As the business grows, I’m now building a small team behind the scenes to support that next stage.
We run retreats across multiple continents, with a global community of guests, many of whom return year after year. What matters most is that people leave feeling better. Clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
That remains at the heart of everything we do.
