9-16 November 2019

Teacher: Jean Hall

*If your room choice is not available please email us*

Join renowned yoga teacher Jean Hall for a luxury retreat in Costa Rica, where you’ll find spectacular rainforests, a golden coastline, rushing rivers, crystalline waterfalls and aromatic vanilla and pineapple plantations. Located where the rainforest meets the sea in an extraordinary private villa perched above the tree canopies, surrounded by wildlife and tropical birds.

Our yoga retreat destination is Manuel Antonio bay, a small town located on the Central Pacific coast and close to a national park. You’ll sleep in an enchanting 5 star villa in luxuriously appointed ensuite guest rooms. Set on 6 floors with views of the sparkling blue ocean and beach below, the villa’s award-winning design means you feel part of the surrounding abundant jungle.

This will be a deep immersive retreat with one of London’s most respected yoga teachers. Explore the rich movement practices of yoga, somatics, breath work and meditation whilst drenching and absorbing yourself in the stunning nature of Costa Rica.

There are plenty of places to relax at the villa and spend lazy afternoons watching monkeys in the trees. Try the comfy lounges or rooftop hammocks, the 6th floor jacuzzi or the infinity swimming pool with attached smoothie bar. Or you can head to the beach for a swim or get into surfing. The villa’s private beach buggy turns a pleasant 5 minute walk down the jungle road to the beach a fun and convenient 60 second adventure!

If you wish to explore further afield we can organise a trip to the white sand beaches of Tortuga island, sailing by catamaran to an uninhabited and protected island 10 miles off the coast with palm lined beaches and some of Costa Rica’s best snorkelling. You can also experience the jungle up close with a rainforest and waterfall hike or explore on horseback, or enjoy the striking coastlines by ocean kayak.
