Reclaim Your Self run healthy holidays, retreats and weekend events that combine some or all of the following: yoga, fitness training, pilates, meditation, quiet time, coaching, treatments, outdoor activities, cooking classes, healthy meals and time out to relax or explore.
On a retreat you'll spend your time focusing on your well being and immersing yourself in the classes. Our chefs will create healthy food to support your classes and your treatments are included in the package. We'll sometimes organise days out to suitably inspiring local places, such as a local temple for meditation, an invigorating cliff walk or a peaceful swim in a natural pool.
On a holiday you'll have a more relaxed programme. You'll have the same amount of classes and we'll serve our healthy food, but between classes and meals you are free to create your own programme, whether it be sight seeing, shopping, relaxing or heading to a local spa or beach.
Our weekend events differ according to the location. Some are yoga courses, some are fitness weekends, some of which include a full programme of healthy food, treatments and activities.
