We know the experience of any yoga class is down to the competence and skill of the teacher, so we handpick ours for their brilliant teaching skills, easy-going personalities and commitment to their craft. Whether you’re fairly new to yoga or practice it regularly, you can be assured of a tailored class that leaves no one over or under challenged.

We teach different styles of yoga on different holidays, from simple Hatha to forms such as Scaravelli or Anusara yoga, and always ensure you’re in a small group so you get the attention you need.

You can usually expect two classes a day, a more active session in the morning and a more restorative one in the late afternoon. We’ll sometimes offer one-to-one yoga sessions to help you release long-held patterns of tension, or workshops so that you can work on more advanced asanas (postures).

Pranayama (breath work) and meditation is included, and we’ll occasionally organise quiet walks at sunrise and sunset to enable you to enjoy your location in peace.
