Our retreats sometimes include a treatment as part of the price, with more available if you want them. The menu varies according to the particular destination you choose, but might include hot stone, Chavutti Thiramul (Indian foot pressure massage), deep tissue, acupuncture and aromatherapy, or pampering treats such as facials and back scrubs.
Reclaim Your Self founder Jools Sampson works as a massage therapist, so she knows what a good treatment should feel like and how powerful it can be. You might want to support your yoga practice, fitness regime, help your sleep, work on ongoing health issues or just chill out and feel cocooned.
If you have booked a holiday rather than a retreat, you may be able to add treatments to your itinerary and we'll recommend tried and tested local spas and therapists.
