At Reclaim Your Self we are very passionate about serving delectable, creative, healthy food cooked with love, and we want to show you just how easy and fun cooking healthily can be. Our chefs are very much part of the team, so they will eat with guests and share their recipes. They provide advice on healthy eating plans, and run cooking classes where possible.

We spend a lot of time carefully devising our menus, which are often inspired by local cooking styles, and always use the freshest, most seasonal local ingredients. We buy organic produce and support local farmers when we can, and import ingredients we need to make a dish work, such as gluten free flour.

For our yoga retreats and holidays, our chefs create menus that wont challenge your digestive system, so that you can get the most out of your yoga classes and treatments. We avoid using sugar, gluten and dairy, and serve simple, predominantly vegetarian dishes, though there will also be fish and meat on the menu if a good quality source is available.

On our fitness holidays, our chefs create menus to sustain your activity focused programmes, so you can expect healthy, protein focused meals with plenty of vegetables and fruits and some grains.  We can also cater for special diets if you are in training and need particular food types.

Plenty of safe drinking water and herbal teas will always be available. We encourage you to avoid caffeine and alcohol during your holiday and to reduce your smoking, so that your time with us is as healthy as possible.
